ECS Reset Community Microdosing Program

A 6-week group program to reclaim your relationship with cannabis, take back control, and build lifelong tools in community.

When Cannabis Becomes a Crutch

  • Dependence & Tolerance

Struggling with tolerance breaks and feeling like you need cannabis just to feel normal?

  • Anxiety & Low Mood

Heavy use can fuel the very anxiety and depression you're trying to escape — a difficult cycle to break alone.

  • Diminishing Returns

When you crave cannabis more than it actually provides relief, that's the signal it's time to reset.

Microdosing as Your Reset Tool

  • Reset Your ECS

Therapeutic microdosing uses sub-perceptual doses to gently recalibrate your nervous system — no overwhelm, just recalibration.

  • Reduce Cravings

Small, intentional doses quiet the urge to overconsume — giving your receptors room to recover and rebalance naturally.

  • A Tool, Not a Replacement

Microdosing is one piece of your toolkit — not a new crutch — so you crave less and need less over time.

This Is Not a Tolerance Break. It's a Reset.

The ECS Reset Community Group Microdosing Program is a 6-week journey designed to help you reclaim your relationship with cannabis and take back control — with the support of a small community around you every step of the way.

  • Small Community Group

You won't do this alone. A tight-knit group of people on the same journey keeps you accountable and supported.

  • Nurse Guidance

Expert clinical guidance from a nurse throughout the full 6 weeks — answering your questions and keeping you safe.

  • Private Group Chat

Access to a dedicated private group chat for ongoing support between meetings, 24/7.

  • Weekly Meetings

Live group meetings every week at 4pm PST — real-time connection, education, and check-ins.

The Power of Moderation: Realistic, Lasting Change

91%

Do Not Develop Dependence

The vast majority of cannabis users are not clinically dependent — meaning moderation is a fully achievable goal.

6 Weeks

To a New Relationship

Six intentional weeks of community support, education, and microdosing to reshape how cannabis fits into your life.

You Don't Have to Quit

This program respects your autonomy. For most people, moderation — not abstinence — is the realistic and right path forward.

We offer concrete, compassionate strategies for pulling back without the pressure of quitting entirely. The goal is a relationship with cannabis that serves you, not one that controls you.
