From your first call to your last week

Every EntheaCare program follows the same path: a friendly conversation, a plan built around you, a steady weekly rhythm, and integration that lasts beyond the program. Here's what to expect at each step.

The journey

Six simple steps

  1. 1

    Book a free discovery call

Pick the program you're curious about and choose a time. We'll text you a quick code to confirm your number so your nurse can follow up.

  2. 2

Talk it through with a nurse

About 20 unhurried minutes on your goals, health history, medications, and questions. If a program isn't right for you, we'll say so kindly and suggest something better.

  3. 3

    Enroll and receive your microdoses

Once it's a good fit, you enroll and your microdoses ship to your door. Group programs have set start dates; one on one begins whenever you're ready.

  4. 4

    Prepare and set intentions

Your first sessions cover your goals, a safety plan, and daily routines. You start low and learn to notice how you respond.

  5. 5

    Settle into the weekly rhythm

Live sessions each week, in a small group or privately, for reflection, integration, and adjusting your plan. Your nurse is a message away in between.

  6. 6

    Integrate and carry it forward

The final weeks help the changes hold. You leave with tools, a community or a nurse relationship, and a clear sense of what comes next.

Two settings

In a group or one on one, the care is the same

In a small group

Fall Into Flow and ECS Reset run as small cohorts with set start dates, weekly live meetings, a private group chat, and a nurse facilitator throughout. Sharing the journey with others becomes part of the healing.

One on one

Eight weeks of private weekly sessions with your own nurse, voice-note and text support between sessions, and a plan adjusted just for you. We keep enrollment small on purpose.

About the discovery call

What the call is like

  • A conversation with a nurse

You'll talk with a registered nurse about your goals, health history, medications, and questions.

  • Honest about fit

If a program isn't right for you, we'll tell you kindly and point you toward something that is.

  • Private and confidential

What you share stays between you and your nurse, and is only ever used for your care.
