Our story

From Trusted Canna Nurse to EntheaCare

We're a nurse-led practice that brings together conventional medicine and plant medicine, so people can heal with good information and real support.

The EntheaCare nursing team

The story

Where EntheaCare comes from

EntheaCare grew out of Trusted Canna Nurse, founded in 2022 to bridge the gap between patients and cannabinoid medicine. What began as cannabis education grew into a full CBD product line and structured microdosing programs, evolving into EntheaCare, offering personalized holistic care that includes cannabis, CBD, and psychedelic integration.

At the center of that evolution is a simple belief: healing works best when it's honest, personal, and rooted in real clinical care. EntheaCare honors the truth in science, in the body, and in community, prioritizing patients over profits, and believes people heal best when they understand their options and are trusted to choose what's right for them. That's why education comes before any recommendation, and why EntheaCare respects the intelligence and wisdom of the plants it works with, empowering its community to do the same.

The team behind this work includes nurses, a pharmacy consultant, and a dedicated pediatric care specialist, led by founder Megan Mbengue, MSMCT, BSN, RN, and Director of Patient Care Services Ariane Williams, BSN, RN, supporting everyone from children to seniors with care built around the individual, not a product catalog.

Mission

Why we do this work

To empower individuals to reclaim their health, purpose, and wholeness through conscious, evidence-based use of cannabis, psychedelics, and integrative nursing care.

We bridge science and spirit, providing education, support, and community for those who are ready to break free from the limitations of conventional healthcare and step into a new paradigm of healing.

History

How we got here

  1. 2022

    Trusted Canna Nurse is founded

We started by helping people understand cannabis as medicine, one conversation at a time.

  2. 2022–2024

    Education grows into a practice

Cannabis education grew into nurse-led guidance and, in time, structured microdosing programs built around weekly nurse support.

  3. 2025

    EntheaCare

In July 2025 the practice became EntheaCare. The same nurses and the same standards, with a wider mission across cannabis, microdosing, and integrative nursing care.
