Who you'll meet

Megan Mbengue
Founder & Visionary
"Plant medicine isn’t the alternative, it’s the original."
Megan is the revolutionary force behind EntheaCare.
Megan is a registered nurse with over 13 years of experience in nursing. In 2022, she founded Trusted Canna Nurse to bridge the gap between patients and the powerful benefits of cannabis as medicine and transitioned to EntheaCare in July of 2025. She and her team also crafted a therapeutic line of hemp products, including tinctures, edibles, topicals, and suppositories.
After transforming her life through a microdosing program in 2023, Megan expanded her offerings to include microdosing programs.
With a master's degree in medical cannabis therapeutics, Megan is a global speaker and is passionate about educating others on the healing power of cannabis and psychedelics, sharing her expertise both in person and online, and ending the stigma of plant medicine.

Brandon Sendero
Pharmacy Consultant
“Seeing the power of plant medicine transform patient lives opened my eyes to a new way of healing. It didn’t just change how I practice, it changed my perception of what medicine is.”
Brandon is a board-certified clinical pharmacy specialist with 12 years of experience, currently working as a coagulation expert in a Denver hospital system. His interest in cannabinoid medicine began after witnessing its transformative effects. He consults with patients on clinical care and drug interactions, contributes to the education series, and supports product development.

Janna Champagne
Pediatric Care Specialist
"Plant medicine is our native medicine, not the alternative medicine."
As a nurse I originally worked in acute care in post surgical neurology, orthopedics, and critical care cardiac. After suffering an immune collapse in 2012, I discovered cannabis as an alternative to opioids for treating chronic pain, which inspired a deep dive into the science nursing school hadn’t covered. My journey organically morphed into many roles by simply following unmet patient needs, fueled by my positive health outcomes, and also those of my daughter with autism.

Miranda Ketela
Administrative Coordinator
"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view...until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it." - Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird
After having an extremely difficult time with pharmaceuticals and the medical industry here in Canada, I turned to plant medicine to heal my mind and body. I went 8 years with undiagnosed internal shingles and excruciating pain. Cannabis and psilocybin gave me my life back.
