Safety first, and honest about fit
Nurse-led means someone with clinical training looks at your whole picture before you start and stays with you as you go. It also means we'll gently let you know if now isn't the right time. Here's how we think about safety and fit.
Before you start
What your nurse reviews on the discovery call
- 01
Your health history
The conditions you live with, past experiences, and what has and hasn't helped, so your plan starts from where you really are.
- 02
Your medications and supplements
A full list, so your nurse can notice anything that needs extra care and choose a safe starting point.
- 03
Your goals and readiness
What you're hoping will change, how much attention you can give the process right now, and whether a group or private setting fits you better.
During the program
How your nurse supports you week to week
You start low and pay attention to how you respond. Your nurse reviews what you share each week and adjusts your plan, whether that's pacing, timing, or dose, rather than following a fixed protocol.
Between sessions you have a direct line: a private group chat in the group programs, or voice-note and text support one on one. You never have to wait a week to ask a question.
Everything is trauma-informed and consent-based. You lead; we support and guide. Slowing down is always okay.
Fit
When a program fits, and when something else may be better
A program may be a good fit if
- You'd like structured support from a nurse rather than going it alone
- You're working on something that deserves real time and attention: mood, focus, pain, stress, or your relationship with cannabis or medications
- You're willing to notice and share how you're doing each week
- You'd value either a small, confidential group or private one on one care
A different path may be better if
- You're looking for a diagnosis or treatment for a medical condition. We educate and guide; we don't diagnose or treat.
- You're hoping for a quick fix. Our programs are a paced, supported journey over several weeks.
- You have a simple product question. Our free telehealth call, linked in the footer, is the quickest way to get an answer.
What we do and don't do
EntheaCare nurses educate, guide, and support. We don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and our programs aren't a substitute for care from your own providers.
Personal guidance happens on a call, where a nurse can understand your whole picture. That's why general questions are welcome through our contact form, and personal ones are saved for the discovery call.
If cost is a concern, please tell us on the call. We offer sliding scale pricing and payment plans so that money doesn't have to stand between you and support.
Not sure if this is right for you?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Book a free conversation and let a nurse help you decide.
